The swing check valve is particularly developed to prevent the medium from backflow. This swing check valve can be used on the pipeline of the petroleum industry, chemical industry, hydraulic power industry and power station to cut off or get through medium like water, steam, oil and other corrosive medium.
1. The non-return valve is produced with swing structure. All the starting and stopping parts are installed inside the valve body to avoid the leakage.
2. Spherical connection structure is adopted between the rocker and disc, which make the valve disc of the swing check valve has certain degree of freedom within the range of 360°. And, micro position compensation is also available.
3. The swing check valve with large size is provided with flying rings for convenient lifting.
4. With the valve disc limiting device, failure caused by the higher position of the valve disc during closure of the cut-off valve can be avoided.
